So What Do They Mean?

Check Engine or Malfunction Indicator LightIlluminates when the vehicle discovers a problem with the engine, and it may lead to the system operating abnormally. Bring your vehicle in to have it inspected promptly.

Coolant Temperature Warning LightThis light means that the engine temperature is above normal. If necessary, you should stop the vehicle to let the engine cool down and have it inspected immediately.

Oil Pressure Warning LightYour oil level is low if this light comes on. Stop the vehicle immediately and check your oil level.

Battery/Charging Warning LightWhen you see this light up, it could signal problems with your battery. Faulty wiring or a broken fan belt might be the cause. Stop and seek professional help as soon as possible.

Door Ajar Indicator LightIf this light comes on, then either a door or the trunk isn't fully closed. Check all doors before continuing to drive.
