I am very unhappy with the service department. We brought our Jeep Grand Cherokee in for the first service. We had the oil changed and was having some electrical problems. They said the electrical problems had to do with the computer. They kept the jeep for a several days. They would never call us back to give an update so we called several times. Tina Martin was terrific. Unfortunately the dealership doesn't share the same professionalism, that she demonstrates. Love my 2019 Ram but my next purchase will be at a different dealership, sad this is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased at Marshall Chrysler. This used to be a great place but now not so much and after two bad experiences. I think its fair to say I have been reasonable, I would not recommend this dealership!

The first time I met "Tina Martin", I liked her.as a sales person. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, yet professional. "She was a good listener" and knew exactly what I was looking for. Dealer misrepresented vehicle. Vehicle requires additional $1200 in repairs that the dealer didn't tell us about when asked. They said it was gone over and only needed struts. I was showed 3 different vehicles in my price rage and they work very well with the monthly payments that I wanted and gave us a good interest. I ordered my 2015 Dodge Ram 3500 HD Limited from Trey Marshall, the MSRP was $73,330. I Paid an out the door price of $71,089. The Ram only comes with a Nexen tire made in Korea and in my opinion a substandard tire for a high dollar luxury Pickup Truck. The next day when I got to look closer at the vehicle and look at more things I realized that they had used the brand new truck and that two pieces of the truck were coming off. I visited the dealership with no real intention of making a deal, unless it was too good to pass up. I was greeted immediately by the Sales Rep, John Jernigan, and told him what I might be interested in. He immediately showed me a couple of models that fit what I was looking for, evaluated my current vehicle, and started working on a deal. John was very fair and honest with what he could and couldn't do. We were pretty far apart on price to start the negotiation, but ended up making a deal I was happy with.

Working with Ron Bennett was so nice. He was very friendly and knew that with a 3 & 6 year old we didn't want to spend a lot of time on the day after Christmas in a dealership. Once we were trying to get the financing situated it was a little different because two different people came to talk to us. It ended up that the general manager Corey Taylor came and talked with us. He was very friendly and willing to work with us.

The overall experience was quite satisfactory and I greatly appreciate the dealer working within my very limited time budget. The used 2007 Jeep Wrangler I purchased was almost ready to go as soon as I arrived. I have been using this dealer for about 2 years now for my service needs. They are always friendly and when an estimate was needed for repairs the cost was always at or below estimate. The amount of time also is always the time given. great service center and will continue to use them.

I came to this dealership wanting to do an even-trade with a 04 minivan with less than 100k on it and tried trading for an 02 SUV with 250k on it. The salesperson said that he thinks it'll be fine...talked to his manager, and his manager said it'll be perfect. After waiting two hours, the manager finally said that I'd have to pay a handful of ridiculous fees in order to do anything. I ended up walking out, after spending over 3 hours at their location.

I had a bad purchase experience with this dealer. Was pressured to make a decision on a purchase after my first visit/test drive with this dealer because they wanted my trade-in vehicle. They offered me extra money off on a deal only if I purchased that very day. Unfortunately, I fell for it and ended up with a vehicle I wasn't even sure I really wanted.
