The first time I met "Tina Martin", I liked her.as a sales person. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, yet professional. "She was a good listener" and knew exactly what I was looking for. When she came around the building driving the "ProMaster" (that was exactly what I needed". "Michael Appleman" was also very helpful, You could tell that they enjoyed their job and worked well as a team.

I had recently purchased a used vehicle from Marshalls cdjr and am bet happy with my decision. Hunter, the guy that sold me my 2014 Nissan altima was very nice, professional and helpful. This was my second purchase from this dealer and it was just as wonderful as my last. I came in with a very tight budget and my needs were handled very effectively. They were able to find something that met my needs by listening to what I wanted then proposing a very good solution. I visited the dealership with no real intention of making a deal, unless it was too good to pass up. I was greeted immediately by the Sales Rep, John Jernigan, and told him what I might be interested in. He immediately showed me a couple of models that fit what I was looking for, evaluated my current vehicle, and started working on a deal. John was very fair and honest with what he could and couldn't do. We were pretty far apart on price to start the negotiation, but ended up making a deal I was happy with.

The overall experience was quite satisfactory and I greatly appreciate the dealer working within my very limited time budget. The used 2007 Jeep Wrangler I purchased was almost ready to go as soon as I arrived. My only complaint was that I was told a new top was installed on the Jeep however none of the bolts on the bow frames were tightened so the bows fell apart which caused considerable paint damage to the sides of the Jeep.
